RAPHAEL’S GIFT

Acrylic on archival quality masonite, 24 x 28”. 

I painted this piece as a gift for our son David’s wedding, who prayed for many years to the Archangel Raphael to help him ffind a spouse.

The painting depicts Raphael holding a crucifix for the bride and groom to touch,

so that they may consecrate themselves to Christ, and when they enter into difficult times, they will turn their gaze to the cross together, and look to Christ for their consolation and assistance.
